Raymond is a seasoned financial engineer by vocation and avocation with active experience in strategic management, marketing, finance and business start-ups. In America he worked mainly in the finance and IT space. He moved back to Africa where he was involved in new startups in Namibia, Zimbabwe and South Africa.

He is a holder of a PhD in Synthetic Finance, MBA in Technology and Innovation Management, MA in Communications and several first degrees all obtained in the USA.

Mike started out in finance but branched out to general management. He has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions. He has a keen interest in strategic management which has seen him succeed in a number of turnaround assignments. He has also consulted in new start-ups in various sectors including financial services, mining, aviation, telecommunications in a number of African countries. He has sat on the board of a number of listed companies in Zimbabwe in an executive role.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from the UK.

Fashion Designer Paidemoyo Chideya has spent the last fifteen years discovering what it means to become not only the epitome of the classic, but the innovative of fashion as well. With her product line, it is clear that this designer is here to make her mark on the fashion world. Born in Zimbabwe, raised in Sweden, London and with nuances in Paris, Paidemoyo learned to refine her design eye through the diversity of all the multiplexes of cultures that surrounded her upbringing. Upon her New York City arrival, and determined to learn and succeed in the fashion realm, she apprenticed for Carolina Herrera, Calvin Klein and the likes of Ralph Lauren, where she learned to refine her eye for vintage, style, eloquence and demure. Now mature, and ready to entrance the world with her own style, she has created DeMOYO which encapsulates her vision of the fashion world and her efforts to give back to a world that is in desperate need of healing. This designer not only has a vision, but genuinely works on infusing help into the infrastructures of suffering economies, by not only being eco-conscious but by creating jobs where jobs are needed right in the heart of the problem, sourcing locally in Africa.

Paidemoyo is a holder of an LLB from the UK and several fashion design qualifications all obtained overseas.

Simba brings a wide range of skills in finance with particular focus in corporate finance and enterprise risk management. He has exposure to a number of sectors i Zimbabwe. He trained as an auditor before branching into financial consultancy where he honed his skills in preparation for his current role as founder of a financial management outfit.

He is a holder of ACIS, ACMA and MSC in Finance & Investment.

Epikaizo Capital is in a strategic relationship with National Standard Finance Africa led by Michael Tichareva who is a seasoned financial services executive. Michael brings a unique skills set in investment banking with solid exposure in all matters of investment banking from business development to deal closure. He started his career as an actuarial professional in Zimbabwe before moving to banking. He has worked in banking and financial services for over 20 years in Zimbabwe, South Africa and the UK where he made his mark.

Michael is a seasoned financial services executive. He brings a unique skill set in investment banking with solid exposure in all matters of investment banking from business development to deal closure. He started his career as an actuary in Zimbabwe before moving to banking. He has worked in banking for over 20 years in South Africa and the UK where he made his mark.

Michael is a qualified actuary through the institute and faculty of actuaries in the UK and a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa. He also holds an MBA. He is the current Chair of the International Actuarial Association’s Banking Working group.

As a Strategic Partner, National Standard participates in selected transactions with Epikaizo Capital providing additional insights for successful deal completion.
